Our products are designed with accessibility in mind, but individual abilities, needs and circumstances vary. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or disability.

Stop using a product if it causes pain, significant discomfort, skin irritation or other adverse effects.

Lace & Independence is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse, unauthorised modification or use of a product other than in accordance with its intended purpose, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Our products are designed with accessibility in mind, but we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual or circumstance.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

Where applicable, prices will include GST.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to delivery or non-delivery of products.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a fault or does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to any voluntary returns policy or warranty offered by Lace & Independence.
